At Kingston Trophies, we make it simple and hassle-free for you to order your trophies, awards, and custom engravings. Follow these steps to place your order:

Step 1: Browse Our Selection

Explore our wide range of trophies, plaques, medals, and awards on our website or in-store. Whether you're celebrating sports achievements, corporate milestones, or personal accomplishments, we have the perfect item for you. Use the search bar or browse by category to find exactly what you need. Please note that the website has a selection of our most popular products but we have access to a much wider range of trophies and awards. If there is something in particular you are after please get in touch and we are sure we can find a product that suits your specific requirements.

Step 2: Personalise Your Order

Most of our products can be customised to make them truly special (in fact the prices for most awards icludes customised engraving). Add details such as:

Recipient’s name

Team or organisation name or logo

Date of the achievement

Special messages or quotes

Include your engraving instructions in the customisation form at the bottom of each product page. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help you craft the perfect message.

Step 3: Place Your Order

Once you’ve selected your products and added customisation details:

1. Add items to your cart.

2. Review your order for accuracy.

3. Proceed to checkout and provide your contact and shipping information.

We accept a variety of payment methods to make the process convenient for you.

Step 4: Review and Approve Proofs (if applicable)

For customised orders, we’ll send you an artwork draft in digital form to ensure everything looks perfect before production. Review the draft carefully and let us know if you need any adjustments. Once approved, we’ll begin crafting your order.

Step 5: Production and Delivery

After your proof is approved, our skilled team will produce your order with precision and care. Standard production times vary based on the product, but most orders are completed within 5-7 business days from approval of the artwork. Rush services may be available upon request.

Shipping: We offer fast and reliable delivery across Australia.

In-store Pickup: Visit us at our Kingston Trophies showroom in Dingley Village (30 mins South East of Melbourne CBD) to collect your order.
